GENERAL MANAGER of landreth Enterprises

Brad, a native Texan, became passionate about a career in the concrete business in 1994 when he took initiative to learn the basics of concrete. In 2010, God placed him in the perfect position where Brad met Paul Landreth and together they built a company known for building relationships, servicing their customers with integrity, and delivering a quality product. The vision for Landreth Construction expanded and Bigfoot Concrete Pumping was born.

Presently, Brad wears multiple hats, encompassing responsibilities in management, problem-solving, sales, and field support. Outside of work, he finds pleasure in activities such as hunting and fishing, but above all, he prioritizes spending quality time with his family. Brad currently holds the position of General Manager of all Landreth Enterprises.

We are thrilled to announce Matt Hall has been named General Manager of Bigfoot Concrete Pumping.

Matt, born and raised in North Texas, has nearly 20 years in the industry. He started as a concrete materials lab technician, where he developed an interest and passion for pumping which led him to explore and learn the ins and outs of the business, holding numerous positions over the years.

His career in concrete pumping has gained him the knowledge and experience that make him the perfect fit for this position. Matt is passionate about helping and developing his team, making the customer experience the best it can be, and continuing the growth and the incredible reputation that Bigfoot has built.

When he is not working, Matt enjoys hunting, riding 4 wheelers and side-by-sides, and spending time with his family.

CHAD RISLEY

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Chad, born and raised in Central Texas, started working in construction at the early age of 16 where he washed end dumps and heavy equipment. 

Chad joined Landreth Construction in 2017 and transitioned to Bigfoot as one of the very first pump operators. Starting out on a line pump working his way up to being able to operate multiple boom pumps up to a 56m. 

He quickly made a name for himself by the skills he mastered within the industry. From operating a pump, growing the dispatch team, to handling the field he has assisted in our growth to over 30 pumps currently throughout Texas. Chad continues to add value to the team by taking on the role of Operations Manager.

When not at work, he enjoys family time with his wife and son.

CHAYSE LAMME

SAFETY DIRECTOR

Chayse, born and raised in Central Texas, has been in the industry over 10 years. He fell in love with the trade while running a line pump at the age of 18. Acquired his CDL and drove concrete mixers eventually learning different mix designs for different projects. Transitioned back to pumping and quickly learned to operate anything up to a 57m. 

Chayse started his career at Bigfoot in 2019 as one of the first few operators. While being a part of long system jobs, and jobs that seemed impossible to do, he is now setting the safety standard for Bigfoot as Safety Director. 

When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 kids, coaching sons football team, or anything with the family.

JJ MICHAELS

SALES MANAGER

JJ, from Austin, Texas, has been in the construction industry for over 40 years. He got started with poured and finished concrete, then moved on to deliver it in concrete trucks and volumetric mixers.

JJ has pumped concrete over 1200 feet horizontally and over 24 floors vertically. He has worked dispatching concrete, being a sales manager, production manager, operation manager, area manager and a vice president. 

JJ joined Bigfoot Concrete in 2020 when we had 9 pump trucks and one yard. In his year with us, we’ve grown to 24 pumps, working out of 4 locations. He uses his industry knowledge, problem solving skills, and engages his dynamic personality to build solid relationships with our customers that ultimately helps us grow as a company.

Corey Pitts

SALES

Corey has lived in the Waco/Temple, Texas area his entire life, and has been in the construction industry for over 25 years. He started out working for a GC and traveling across the United States overseeing government projects on military bases.  Ready to be home with his family, Corey took a job selling ready mix in the Waco area.  During that time, he spent 10 years with Ratliff Ready Mix, the last 2 years as Sales Manager, 5 years with Martin Marietta, with 1 year as Area Manager.  Corey joined the Bigfoot team April 2022 and looks forward to helping the company grow.

Corey lives in Lorena with his wife, Jennifer, and their 3 kids.  During his free time, he enjoys working out and coaching youth sports.

Jason grew up in New Braunfels before attending Texas A&M University where he studied political science and business. He previously worked with his father remodeling homes and taking on other various projects such as lot clearing and site prep to new fences and tree work. Started in the concrete industry setting forms, tying bar, and finishing concrete. Out on a pour one day, while watching the pump operator he decided he wanted to try pumping out.

He started pumping in 2015 he has operated everything from a line pump to a 68 meter. Jason came to Bigfoot for an opportunity to put down roots and grow with a growing company that is filled with amazing people. Bigfoot is happy to have such a great role model and talent on the team!

 

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, friends, and loved ones. Fishing, golf, baseball, and football games, along with swimming in the river or ocean are some of his favorite activities.

Victor olivarez

Victor (Pony), born and raised in Austin, Texas where his love for concrete began. At a very young age started his career in concrete for the family business as a finisher and form setter. Learning all aspects of the construction industry to later become a pump operator. 

Operating practically any style of pump, and up to a 66m in size, his skills are unmatched. Victor’s experience has changed the Austin skyline by adding several high-rise buildings. 

 

After his 22+ years of experience, he is excited to be a part of the Bigfoot family.
